Job Description:

Applicants should be expert at:

  • Report building (including basic text-mode modifications).

  • Layout template refinement.

  • Form building including calculated expressions.

  • Fusion certification a big plus.

Skills:

Overall responsibilities will include:

  • Answering questions and trouble shooting for all of Adobe’s Legal, Security, and Privacy teams.

  • Developing training materials and training users.

  • On-going refinements of all system processes and workflows.

  • Report and calculated field building.

  • Developing exceptions reports and dashboards to ensure no unwanted behavior is occurring the system.

  • Assign new users and maintain layout templates, teams, groups, access levels, etc.

  • Establish and update departmental system configuration and maintain compliance with global protocols.

  • Provide announcement on new features, bugs, system outages, etc.

  • Attend monthly admin meetings and stay up-to-date with training and certifications.

  • Collect monthly/quarterly feedback from all Local System Admins.

  • Implement and launch new teams in the system.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree is a plus but not required.

  • 3-6 year of work experience required.

  • 2+ Years Workfront Administration experience.

  • Workfront Admin Certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days.
