Job Description:
Summary:
This role will assist leadership and the Vendor Management Project Manager in projects and in delivering on tasks and meeting deadlines.
Supporting Managers and Project Managers sourcing information and acting as a Subject Matter Expert [SME] on programs and analysis within the direct scope of the candidate’s realm of responsibility.
Being part of and helping lead focus groups that will drive conversation to understand objectives and opportunities that will assist projects work.
Tracking vendor areas to ensure results.
Experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
Understanding of Call Center Operations
Operational Health Care industry knowledge
Vendor/outsourcing knowledge
Knowledge of or willing to learn the 5 why’s methodology of root cause analysis
Skill in:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Advanced use of Client system tools
Ability To:
Work independently, travel and manage deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Sit entire shift at desk
100% Computer work
Phone work required as needed based on business needs
Duties:
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Estimated % of Time
Quality audits and CAP tracking/development to ensure adherence to policy 25%
Monitor Vendor Resources planning and join forces with Client RP to assist in fact gathering. Create and present call center information in client business reviews, as needed 25%
Issue/escalation research and resolution, point out areas of risk and assist in solutioning gaps 25%
Develop/maintain process maps, identify opportunities and provide recommendations 15%
Assist in managing assigned project tasks to completion 10%
