Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the local branch to ensure accounts are open in a timely manner and as specified.

  • Contacts new customers and coach them through the initial setup for DDA, wires, and TM Services.

  • Coordinates online product training with TM Sales representatives.

  • Coordinates training with TM Client Support and schedules refresher sessions if deemed appropriate.

  • Works with Product Management/IT to ensure that direct file transmissions are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Provides warm hand-off to TM Client Support for ongoing routine service issues.

  • Conducts constant follow-up with front-line Bankers and TM Sales representatives upon completion.

  • Executes work within product implementation SLA control limits with a sales growth mindset that creates a frictionless onboarding experience for the customer.

  • Demonstrates process optimization capabilities by listening for product enhancement opportunities during customer setup and training Translates the voice of the customer into net new products and/or enhancements.

  • Comfortable excelling in a metric and timeline-driven environment.
