​Job Description:

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• This position is to assist buyers in the procurement/management of purchase requisitions, parts inventories and service.·Duties include, but are not limited to data entry, expediting POs, follow up on past due orders, perform analysis and shortages/supply gap management, issuing part numbers for new parts, inventory parts management, reporting to management /key stakeholders using data analytics, and other activities as needed in support of the team.

• Position requires individual to be motivated, self-starter with strong computer knowledge (all MS office applications). Multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work with different Ievels of management and customers.

Requirements:

• Computer Skills required- Excel, SAP, Word, PowerPoint and MS outlook.

• Customer Service Skills Strong - Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Will be talking with key stake holders internally, supporting business.

• Transactional - Data Analytics skills, overage, shortages, build plan

• HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.

• Min education highly preferred but not required - BS degree.
