Job Function Summary:
Involves technology-based analysis of business practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which may involve process design, data and information architecture, software development and policy or procedural changes; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and end-user acceptance testing; may develop training materials for system implementation. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
The incumbent will work directly with the SumTotal Learning Services Management System (LMS), HealthStream, CornerStone (and other LMS) which houses and reports records of all APeX Training. The LMS is a technical and complex system which requires the incumbent to have complete understanding of use and reporting capabilities. This work impacts the entire client Health, School of Medicine/Nursing/Dentistry/Pharmacy and failure to understand or use the system correctly has a wide range of implications affecting client ability to onboard new hires, residents, fellows and pharmacy/nursing students, as well as, document training properly and subjecting client to risk in provisioning of access to the electronic health record to provide patient care. Incumbent will also work with other LMS systems including CornerStone, HealthStream and other systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, MS Office products, etc.

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or 3 years equivalent experience / training.
