Job Description:

  • In this role, you will thrive as a problem solver and a crucial member of our technology support team. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Responding promptly to colleague inquiries and issues, delivering superior support for diverse technology products and services.

  • Resolving technical challenges within defined timeframes through established processes or escalating complex issues to appropriate technical support groups.

  • Troubleshooting hardware issues across various platforms including Windows, MAC, and cellular devices.

  • Collaborating effectively with technical teams to provide insights, input, and innovative solutions.

  • Meeting and engaging with colleagues to address questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance on all lines of business.

  • Offering basic training and addressing how-to queries to empower colleagues to effectively use our technology solutions.

  • Ensuring timely follow-up on open tickets/issues using internal tools, while maintaining detailed notes on troubleshooting steps taken.

  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and problem resolution, coupled with a commitment to staying updated on evolving technologies.

  • Summarizing incidents and project updates for store leads during incident situations or projects.

  • Interpreting colleague needs and demonstrating initiative to establish credibility swiftly.

  • Presenting a positive, colleague-focused image, understanding that colleague satisfaction is paramount for the success of our Technology Solution Zone.


  • Broad knowledge of various technologies and platforms.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in technology operations, responsibilities, work flow processes, and procedures, enabling independent inquiry resolution.

  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, sound judgment, and collaboration with colleagues and technical teams.

  • Empathetic understanding of colleague issues with a customer-centric approach.

  • Creative problem-solving ability to translate technology into practical business solutions.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while overseeing various lines of business with minimal supervision.


  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a technology field.
