Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Service Management
Location: This position requires a hybrid schedule to sit onsite 2-3 days of the week in Orlando, FL
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $ 30 to $35/hr.
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The Technical Support Engineer will have the responsibility of handling and resolving complex issues for our partners and customers. This entails deeply understanding our technical support department's core subjects. The engineer will take ownership of and resolve issues on a daily basis, working on technical cases created by customers seeking assistance in understanding or resolving unexpected behaviors or addressing technical queries related to our software and platform.
