About the Job:

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in granting, modifying, and removing IT accounts and application access within our systems. You'll ensure compliance and security practices, safeguarding our organization from unauthorized access while providing top-tier support to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will:

  • Utilize Incident/Request Management software and relevant applications efficiently for streamlined operations.

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to required security practices.

  • Offer expertise in security-related access management, addressing identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests.

  • Provide second-level technical support to project teams, end users, and functional groups.

  • Ensure identity and access management through user identity creation, deletion, role changes, and credential management for onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Manage timely completion of user and customer requests for security access, both internally and externally.

  • Collaborate effectively with customers and departmental staff to assess and resolve issues.

  • Demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks, and deliver excellent customer service under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • AA/BA in IT or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience on an IT Help Desk, directly supporting users or clients.

  • 3-5 years of Active Directory Administration experience.

  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, SQL, etc.

  • Basic understanding of group policy objects.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly and accurately.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Information Security concepts, protocols, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of risk controls and processes related to onboarding, deprovisioning, and access management.

  • This is a contract position to begin with.
