Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO 63121

Contract Duration: Long Term Contract with high possibilities of extension

Pay Rate: $19-21/hr

About the Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist and play a crucial role in providing exceptional colleague support for a wide range of technology products and services. In this innovative role, you'll engage with colleagues from various departments, triage technical issues, and ensure timely resolution within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive, customer-focused image and enhancing overall colleague satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet colleagues to address inquiries and resolve issues related to our diverse range of technology products and services.

  • Triage colleague technical problems, identifying the need for further technical assistance when necessary.

  • Document incoming issues using the Technology Solution Zone registration tool, recording steps and actions taken to resolve each issue.

  • Provide top-notch colleague support for all Lines of Business, maintaining clear communication and advising on next steps.

  • Collaborate within the team to uphold a high level of customer focus and ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet SLA requirements.

  • Uphold a positive, customer-focused image at all times, emphasizing the importance of Customer Satisfaction to the success of the team.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively as a team player to foster a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in IT (preferred but not required) or equivalent combination of 1-2 years of education and work experience.

  • Demonstrated skills in customer focus, conflict management, motivating others, problem-solving, and teamwork.

  • Excellent communication skills to maintain a clear level of communication with colleagues and advise on issue resolution.

  • A strong aptitude for understanding technical problems and providing suitable solutions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while ensuring all issues are resolved within specified timeframes.
