The Technical Process Analyst will work closely and partner with multiple internal departments from both the Business & IT. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge and understanding of the technical processes which they will support, as well as the IT & business units they affect. This role will aid in the technical design of enterprise initiatives with a heightened focus on the proper evaluation of technical requirements and how they affect the business. They will also provide & ensure that technical documentation is created that supports the understanding of the technical process for the training of technical users and the resolution of technical issues once in production.
Facilitate the capture of complex IT infrastructure and integration requirements for both on-premise and cloud environments.
Translate detailed IT infrastructure and integration requirements and design into functional documentation.
Provide design & deployment support to infrastructure and integration teams for new products and or initiatives.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders as well as coordinating across functions, internally and externally, to ensure delivery within scope.
Effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, business stakeholders, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED – EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Possess a strong base of knowledge in infrastructure and integration technology.
Oracle Cloud Guard experience desired.
Must possess a solid understanding of modern integration principles and idioms such as REST and SOAP services.
As this role will be assisting in the design and management of the organization's Oracle cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategies, it would desirable if the candidate had an understanding of contemporary architectures that support applications and infrastructure on IaaS (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google, etc.), SaaS (e.g., SalesForce), and PaaS platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are all crucial.
