Job Description:

Summary:

  • The primary function of this team is opening and tracking communication tickets using Service Now Software.

  • Managing vendor communications.

  • Experience with IT Ticketing systems and Microsoft Office programs including Excel.

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm.
