​Job Description:

This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.
The hybrid model is currently 3 days in the office, and 2 days work from home.

Will typically be 1-2 rounds of video/calls, and 1 round of in-person interviews.

Day-to-Day Tasks/Workflow:
Review and master core knowledge of the product suite for cash management and product features for core products, CashPlus Premier and CashPlus Platinum
Answer incoming calls and emails from Cash Management Specialists, Private Bankers and Financial Advisors with questions about the core product CashPlus or Cash Management
In coordination with CMS, coordinate resolution for complicated product and service escalations that first-line support teams in the Client Service Center cannot solve.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills (Pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and functions)
Provide analytical support as needed for ongoing pilots conducted by the team.
