​Job Description:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Partners with BI&A and vector planners to track and deliver ongoing work on the automation project of vector run-out charts

• Supports and help facilitate vector huddle and site supply chain meetings

• Analyzes and assesses current vector planning processes, identifies areas of opportunities for standardization and/or automation

• Drives alignment and execution of improvements

• Assist implementation of on-going projects including system enhancements for planning and supply tracking

• Supports Supply Chain Product leads in the creation, assessment and coordination of PIRFs/CTM requests

• Tracks and provides updates on key milestones and deliverables for projects assigned

Change Controls:

• Works with SCPLs to lead change records from initiation to closing for supply chain driven changes

• Leads Change control assessments, generates change actions and tracks them to completion for required change controls

• Perform supply chain assessment for labeling change controls

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the Biopharma space

• 5+ years in Planning

• Project Management experience

• MS Office 365, specially excel expertise

• Experience in continuous improvement in planning
