Job Description:

This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.

A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy.

Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy.

  • Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units.

  • Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.

  • Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.

  • Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance.

  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferably in business, finance, supply chain

Experience:

  • Must HaveMinimum of 2+ years of related experience

  • Hands on Forecasting experience.

Must have Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands.

  • Customer Oriented.

  • Participative & collaborates to solve problems.

  • Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize.

  • Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.).

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
