Location: Franklin, TN 37067

Contract Duration: Long Term Contract with high possibilities of extension

Pay Range : $70-73/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Strategic Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our cutting-edge Precision Care Management (PCM) program. As a cross-enterprise initiative, PCM aims to revolutionize healthcare systems by creating a unified, intelligent, and self-learning control system that optimizes clinical experiences and cost efficiencies. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity for long-term growth within the organization.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be a key driver of our transformative PCM program, leading and orchestrating complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders across disciplines and organizations. As a bridge between technology teams, internal departments, and external partners, you will have the chance to shape the future of healthcare technology delivery. Your influence, problem-solving prowess, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be vital to the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage complex cross-functional initiatives within the PCM program

  • Coordinate project tasks, assignments, and schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive consensus and overcome challenges

  • Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment

  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across various disciplines

  • Communicate effectively at an executive level, delivering updates and insights to steering committees

  • Champion progress even in ambiguous situations, rallying teams to overcome obstacles

  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university


  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in business/technology transformation

  • Proven track record of successful program delivery using Agile methodologies

  • Strong influencer with the ability to build partnerships and influence without authority

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Skilled in facilitating discussions and driving decisions with senior/executive audiences

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Smartsheet

  • Healthcare utilization management (UM) experience is a plus

  • PMP and/or Agile certification(s) beneficial but not required
