  • Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and keep data current and up to date

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Ability to engage potential future candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads

  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a team-focused culture


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment sourcing or relevant work experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition environment


  • In partnership with TA Recruiter, the design and roll out of recruitment sourcing initiatives, which can include:

    • Creating engagement opportunities for outreach to diversity associations to showcase CLIENT News Digital Growth to organization’s members which can range from job postings & sourcing to ideation & execution of panel discussions or other creative initiatives. 

    • Heavy Research to target qualified talent.  This intel and outreach can come from several outlets & tools, including:

      • Media insider from Executive Search

      • Target companies

      • Diversity conferences

      • Internal talent, including ERG outreach

      • ConveyIQ

      • Merger & Acquisition announcements

    • Searching for talent through traditional sources such as Boolean search strings, Linkedin & referral programs

    • Cold calling passive candidates to conduct exploratory conversations to gain interest in current or future job openings

    • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring managers to obtain a deep understanding of roles and seek out the areas of opportunity to diversify teams

    • Efforts will also be placed in engagement with small scale external organizations made up of underrepresented minorities that could result in pipeline but not necessarily.  The goal of external outreach will sometimes only be an opportunity to make an impact to an underrepresented audience for their future careers within any company in our industry.
