About Our Client: Client is a part of the US Farm Credit System, serves as a wholesale lender and business-service provider to a network of local farm credit associations in 15 southern and eastern states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico.
As a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, serves as senior level liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Development, ACAs and internal Information Technology (IT) departments as well as external technical support vendor teams to provide systems support, thought leadership and analysis and to leverage technology solutions, drive change and enhancements to meet the needs of HR and users of HR Technology throughout the organization and ACAs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education Bachelor’s Degree required, Human Resources Management major (or related field) preferred.
Prior Work Experience A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources with deep HRIS experience.
Certifications Certification (SPHR or PHR) preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal presentation, written communication) required.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM required. Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as deep knowledge and experience with SQL.
