Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Business partnering with functional leaders for reporting and analysis of plans and results

• Complete monthly P/L variance analysis, provide latest estimate forecasts, and ensure business units meet their financial plan

• Complete month-end close activities – book journal entries in SAP, determine need for accruals/prepaids, and monitor results for reasonableness throughout the close process

• Assist with building financial results presentations

• Assist with developing business cases – consolidate forecast inputs and follow-up with business partners on open items

• Assist with quarterly forecast process – consolidate forecast inputs and follow-up with business partners for alignment and commentary

• Build monthly KPI dashboards for senior management

Individual:

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably within the area of Accounting or Finance. 

• A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience is required.  

• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced level of Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).   

• SAP, Ariba, COGNOS experience is preferable

• The ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, think creatively, work independently and collaboratively.
