Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an Endpoint Security Program Framework for a large retail chain.

  • Assist security incidents by ensuring standard endpoint security tools are installed and functioning.

  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of endpoint compliance, security tools reporting, and coordinate remediation efforts.

  • Identify potential gaps within the endpoint reporting and remediation process by implementing changes, documenting and updating offshore team.

  • Design and implement a program of process improvement and develop actionable recommendations with the goal of improving endpoint security posture.

  • Utilize knowledge of security best practices and trends to lead the Endpoint Security Agent program.

Skillsets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.

  • Must be willing to work onsite and remotely

  • Must possess extensive knowledge of endpoint security techniques, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Experience in developing and implementing security program frameworks.

  • Proven track record of successful security process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in both implementation and management of the following:

    • Crowdstrike EDR

    • Global Protect

    • Tanium

  • Knowledge of Qualys Vulnerability Management suite and Forcepoint DLP is a plus.

  • Experience with security frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI, and SOX.

  • Experience in effective teaming, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Certification as a Certified Information Security Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GAIC Enterprise Vulnerability Assessor (GEVA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
