Identify and Communicate roadblocks and blockers to the business team/internal client
Manages major project / feature deliveries for their particular product (i.e. a new product SKU launch)
Coordinates Beta tests / pilots between product and business teams
Ensures product acceptance criteria and QA is sufficiently met prior
to releases, collect / edit / publish product release documentation. training and communicate changes each release across internal teams, including sales, delivery, marketing, and business leads
Serve as a two-way conduit for support tickets (i.e. assign to appropriate PM/PO; and communicate any status or release updates back out to the business team)
Need to have:
Strong technical acumen (end to end understanding of not only SDLC but the implications on business units/end users)
Product experience (this can be any of the following: Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner/Manager)
Fast paced--either coming from Agency or Start Up environment to keep up--this is not Enterprise slow process, it is quick and nimble--2 week sprints.
