  • Looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive its paid search and display acquisition strategy.

  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective acquisition strategies and launch new marketing programs while working with cross functional teams – product, UX, and technology.

  • As part of the Performance Marketing Team, you will play an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new customers to the Client service.

  • Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Paid Search and Web Display campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, test plans, risk/benefit analysis, and analyzing results to develop actionable insights.

  • Provide recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search

  • Manage, review, and perform daily responsibilities associated with performance across Google AdWords and Bing search platforms, direct display and programmatic platforms.

  • Direct agency on maintaining and monitoring campaign bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, CPMs and other important metrics.

  • Work in collaboration with your CRO manager to optimize landing pages conversion.

  • Team up with SEO managers to operate towards a holistic search approach.

  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

  • Generate reporting for all major KPIs, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search and web display initiatives.

  • Own monthly channel budget reconciliation process with finance and ensure clarity on Year To Date channel spend as well as own quarterly forecasting, reporting and analysis.

  • Keep pace with search engine PPC industry trends and developments.
