job Description:

This is not a remote position. We require MINIMUM on site in Syracuse 50%.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Computer System Validation

• Able to develop documentation required for a 21 CFR Part 11 validated project, including configuration specifications, SOPs, Data Migration Plans

• Able to apply PC configuration settings (folder structure and permissions, backup job requests)

• Experience with scientific laboratory software

• Experience with executing and routing test scripts (ALM)

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Windows 10, understanding of technology platforms as needed for project

• Ability to perform in a highly matrixed organization structure

• Obtain and respond to QA review

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Position is on-site at client SYR (currently WFH 50%)

Responsibilities:

• Manages users, groups, roles, projects, instruments and/or hardware associated with one or more scientific applications.

• Participate on team with goal to upgrade several lab benchtop applications.
