Job Description:

Skills Required. 

  • 5+ years of experience into application installation and troubleshooting on windows 7 & 10.

  • 2+ years of experience into SCCM package deployment/troubleshooting and patch deployment / troubleshooting. 

  • 2+ Years of experience into ITIL and ITSM tools like service now / BMC remedy.

  • 2+ years of experience into Active directory L1 issues.

  • 3+ years of experience into different hardware model of laptops like dell / HP. 

  • 5+ experience into Onsite / field support engineer. 

  • Good communication skill / problem solving / Team player.
