Actively participate in cross functional teams to integrate back office data in SFDC, and to address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Extensive experience and handson role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multidimensional team
