  • Responsible for leveraging multiple data points for bench-marking, assessing and recognizing key activities and trends that are impacting a client’s business and transforming them into critical market insights. 

  • Closes the gap between field and corporate groups to deliver a better retail strategy, resulting in the overall betterment of the Company by helping to align focus with studied precision. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  •  Develop internal reporting dashboards via Tableau using a variety of data sets. 

  • Identify business requirements from team leaders 

  • Reporting development in Excel. 

  • Conduct division training on software platform utilization. 

  • Assist Operations Management in process development projects where needed. 

  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from business stakeholders.

Necessary Skills / Attributes: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize based off of changing business priorities. 

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously; Self-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships; Innovative self-starter with passion for excellence. 

  • Comfortable working with teams in different office locations, and promoting teamwork. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business management or related technical field, from an accredited college or university. Advanced degree highly preferred.


  • Must Have minimum of 3 years in sales operations, product planning, statistics, finance, or related field. 

Must have Soft Skills: 

  • Superior Excel skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities and business savvy. 

  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. 

  • Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. 

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
