​​Job Description:

  • To design and maintain robust, scalable software architecture for one or more elements of CMS software systems; to oversee programming, implementation and maintenance revisions of specified projects; and to evaluate technologies and provide consultation regarding applications and systems needs related to these elements.

  • Ensures software scalability and data integrity throughout all claims-related applications.

  • Ensures software compatibility and alignment with overall business, IT and infrastructure strategies. Identifies and directs implementation of strategies for maintaining JURIS data and application integration.

  • Collaborates with management and colleagues throughout CMS and develops overall designs and defines projects for implementation of strategic technology initiatives.

  • Consults with project managers to keep informed of active and future projects and to identify areas of overlap. Assists as needed in implementation of large client programs involving numerous interfaces or system modifications. Manages analyst/programmers as needed.

  • Reviews software change requests to identify duplication, similarities, and feasibility and recommends specific actions needed.

  • Provides recommendations toward prioritization of tactical and strategic change requests. Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements for claims-related applications.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s).

  • Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

  • Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.

  • Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Systems or Management from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

  • Experience Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education or experience required to include seven (7) years of software and development experience.

  • Five (5) years hands-on programming experience in database and data driven applications is strongly preferred.

Skills:

High level knowledge of software development areas including software development life cycle methodologies, specification development, security, application modularization and logic specifications Strong oral and written communication, including technical writing skills and presentation skills.

 Requirements:

  • Lead a Robotics Process Automations (RPA) Development team from a technical perspective.  Train and serve as mentor to junior developers.  Design, develop, and deploy RPA technology solutions that will interact with internal and external systems, automate business processes, and are robust, secure and security compliant.

  • Lead a team of developers from design through project completion

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for RPA development teams

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers

  • Must have problem-solving and analytical skills and initiative to see problems through to completion including determination of root cause and resolution.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate as an independent or team contributor and effectively interact with all types of personalities in dealing with employees and other customers  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist RPA Administrator with installation/upgrade of RPA application and client software.  Make recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements.

  • Assist RPA Administrator responding to infrastructure monitoring alerts, resolving incidents to ensure system uptime and expected service levels

  • Lead the RPA development team to achieve the requirements in line with the approved solution design.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers at various stages of solution development

  • Create detailed technical designs for functional and non-functional requirements

  • Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications

  • Perform POC’s or feasibility checks as necessary to aid the design.  Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective, and provide solutions and detailed estimations

  • Identify opportunities in existing customer business processes to architect and design RPA frameworks/technology

  • Build / code advanced automation solutions, participate in testing and Go Live for an assigned RPA initiative

  • Facilitate, monitor, and assist with resolution of support ticket escalation with the RPA vendors

  • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
