Job Description:

  • Are you an experienced Sales Analytics & Insights leader who thrives off driving short-term & long-term strategy development, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the sales and operations organization.

  • Are you looking for a role where you'll be challenged to take an outside-in lens, help to identify market trends through pin-point analysis to shape retail strategies and major investments - all with a keen lens toward revenue.

  • The Retail Sales Analytics and Insights Manager should be a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual that can help drive the mobile retail business through sales analysis and insights.

  • They must be able to apply a wide range of knowledge, business acumen, as well as interpersonal skills. 


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive patterns from multiple disparate datasets.

  • Develop and maintain channel-centric and geography-based sales performance models to support development of targets, demand generation campaigns, and guide marketing investments.

  • Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends into actionable insights and recommendations, and be able to tell the story behind the numbers.

  • Work cross-functionally to identify current organization gaps and emerging trends and recommend solutions based on quantitative analyses and market insights.

  • Develop and maintain predictive forecasting models, regression models for measuring various channel activities effectiveness and correlation with sell out using python and other statistical tools.

  • Ability to track and update projects leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence, and be able to provide visibility to statuses on projects and requests.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • Must have 8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales analysis, market insights, or related fields (Retail or CPG experience recommended but not mandatory.

Must have Soft Skills:

  • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.

  • Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements.
