Job Description:

  • Duties: The main purpose of this role is to strategize, coordinate, create and execute Provider schedules to most efficiently and effectively serve all stakeholders and the needs of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish concierge level relationships with assigned providers.

  • Work with providers to understand their preferences (e.g. availability, territory, etc.) and balance with the needs of the business.

  • Create and execute daily provider schedules based on staffing and patient needs.

  • Review daily schedules for accuracy and release schedules when final.

  • Map out provider and patient locations and availability to create a daily route for the providers.

  • Communicate effectively with the department through email about provider's schedule status, leads to call, and any daily assignments.

  • Place reminder calls to patients with upcoming appointments. Calls are recorded for quality assurance and compliance.

  • Respond to emails/calls throughout the day from providers, schedulers, and upper management in a timely manner.

  • Meet or exceed individual and department service levels and service standards.
