Job Description:

• Sourcing candidates, ensuring compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and conducting new employee onboarding. 

• Collaborates with the leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities. 

• Cultivates and maintains relationships to source candidates. 

• Evaluates employment applications, screens and interviews candidates, and provides employment recommendations. 

• Maintains accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
