• Full life-cycle recruiting – working with hiring managers to identify needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills required.

• Sourcing and screening of candidates – work history, education, training, skills, compensation expectations.

• Presents diverse slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Manages candidate experience and process.
