Job Description:

  • This role is for an experience and seasoned program/project manager to support the Clinical Operations Evolution team in executing continuous improvement projects for clinical operations.

  • The project manager will support a project lead in the following:

Responsibilities

  • Drive project execution within timelines and expectations of quality

  • Conduct project kickoff and support the development of related materials

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plan and timeline

  • Develop and maintain project resources, systems and tools

  • Schedule meetings / conference calls, all levels

  • Record meeting minutes

  • Maintain action items log

  • Maintain Issues/Risk log

  • Follow up on action items and risks

  • Capture, present, and monitor project status

  • Maintain actions linking to other adjacent projects

  • Develop and send communications

  • Conduct project closeout

  • Ensure compliance with required controls and processes, following the operating model for the team

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor/Technical degree or equivalent required. Master’s degree a plus.

  • PMP, or equivalent certification, or relevant project/program management experience

  • Proven success managing large, complex projects.

  • Basic understanding of drug development process preferred.

  • Advanced experience with core applications: MS Outlook email/calendar, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint,

  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) to all levels, including executives.

  • Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands.

  • Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment.
