JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Report to QA Databook Lead.

• Remain current on all SLB location required certifications (via QUEST).

• Able to create data books with the following documents and the details within.

• QCP (Quality Control Plan).

• IM (Inspection Matrix).

• MTRs (Mill Test Reports).

• NDE Reports (Non-Destructive Exam).

• COC (Certificates of Compliance).

• Resolve identified issues.

• And other documents as required.

• Able to prepare and schedule Setout activities.

• Ensure issued components and trace is correct.

• Ensure components are properly prepared.

• Communicate with TPI for scheduling Setout activities.

• Resolve identified issues.

• Learn SLB document management system (GEMS) for implementation of currently released documents.

• Learn SLB Non-conformance Control processes.

• Ability to communicate with Third Party Inspectors via phone/email as required.

• Ability to use the current SAP / Open Text systems for component / material management.

• General understanding of Routers.

• Flexibility for overtime work as needed.
