The Project Manager will manage key workstreams as part of a Global Finance Transformation Program, working collaboratively with IT and business teams to deliver program scope on time and budget.
Serve as a project manager for key workstreams as part of a Global Finance Transformation Program.
Work with cross functional teams to manage project scope, schedule and budget.
Provide project status tracking of all workstreams in flight.
Create and maintain project plans of project schedules and key deliverables.
Identify cross-functional dependencies and manage accordingly.
Collaborate with other IT and technology groups to identify achievable solutions, manage scope and project budgets.
Work across teams to identity risks, and to develop and manage mitigation plans.
Proactively work with IT teams to identify issues impacting the project and drive to closure.
Provide ongoing engagement and communications to program management.
Manage project communications.
Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and IT Management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years work experience in program and project management, integration or technology leadership
History of successfully leading large, cross functional IT programs
Must be able to work remote
Entertainment industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Ability to communicate effectively to business and technical teams
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives
Demonstrated negotiation and problem resolution skills
Ability to think strategically, not just tactically, while maintaining ability to track the details of very large programs at the level needed to ensure successful delivery
