​​​Job Description:

  • The Project Manager will manage key workstreams as part of a Global Finance Transformation Program, working collaboratively with IT and business teams to deliver program scope on time and budget.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a project manager for key workstreams as part of a Global Finance Transformation Program.

  • Work with cross functional teams to manage project scope, schedule and budget.

  • Provide project status tracking of all workstreams in flight.

  • Create and maintain project plans of project schedules and key deliverables.

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and manage accordingly.

  • Collaborate with other IT and technology groups to identify achievable solutions, manage scope and project budgets.

  • Work across teams to identity risks, and to develop and manage mitigation plans.

  • Proactively work with IT teams to identify issues impacting the project and drive to closure.

  • Provide ongoing engagement and communications to program management.

  • Manage project communications.

  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and IT Management.


  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in program and project management, integration or technology leadership

  • History of successfully leading large, cross functional IT programs

  • Must be able to work remote


  • Entertainment industry experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

  • Ability to communicate effectively to business and technical teams

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives

  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem resolution skills

  • Executive Presence

  • Ability to think strategically, not just tactically, while maintaining ability to track the details of very large programs at the level needed to ensure successful delivery

  • PMP certified
