Project Management for Supply Chain Operations projects, including:
Implementation of ERP systems, enhancements, and process improvements.
Expansion of key initiatives such as PlayStation Direct.
Onboarding and/or closure of 3PL facilities.
Act as the PM for two constituencies in the above projects.
The focused Systems workstream: Business Systems (BSA) team with internal ERP/EDI team and external 3PL IT partners.
The broader Supply Chain workstream collaboration: Logistics/Warehousing, Transportation, Security, Systems (BSA).
Project Weekly Sync Meetings (separate meetings for BSA/IT and Supply Chain workstreams).
Work with stakeholders to identify tasks/issues for resolution; compile tracker.
Schedule meetings (weekly and ad-hoc).
Update tracker in real-time during sync meetings.
Distribute sync meeting minutes within 24 hours.
Follow-up communications with stakeholders/business resources.
Business Process Re-engineering Forum (BPRe).
Hold monthly sync meetings with Supply Chain Operations teams: OPM/Logistics/Publishing, Tech Ops, Sales Ops, Process & Analytics.
Work with BSA team to identify projects and categorize: In Flight, Pending, Sequencing (rolling 15 months & > 15 months).
Manage BSA team’s creation of project charters (Summary, Business Value, Deliverables, Status).
Maintain BPRe tracker (Assigned BSA, Project Start/Target End, % Completion).
Lead monthly BPRe Forum: Review and status update for VP Operations and Directors.
