3+ years in Large Scaled Agile Developments
2+ years in eCommerce or Sales Systems related Project Delivery
Candidate must have demonstrated experience managing eCommerce/cloud-based platform delivery. Including managing multiple complex Workstreams; building the release and sprint plans; Program increment planning.
Responsibilities of the project manager:
As the Project Manager, eCommerce reporting into the PMO you will be responsible for working with the Product Management team and development teams to build comprehensive integrated plans that include technical debt, integration services, and front-end application development into comprehensive release and sprint plans.
Ensuring adhering to requirements and managing gaps
Managing scope change with a formal change management process
Facilitating program increment planning and any status meetings
Maintain the master plans
Provide status reports
Communicate up to the eCommerce and Product Management team any impacts to schedule that may impact GTM plans
Managing day to day activities and evaluating work qualities and timeline
Leading the development of detailed cutover plans
Hands-on risk and issue management
Bachelor's Degree - Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
eCommerce, Sales Systems Project/Program Delivery Experience
Agile Certifications (CSM or related Agile/Scrum certifications)
