Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management best practices and processes, lifecycle methodologies including SDLC, Scrum/Agile
Knowledge and experience in PMO development, governance, monitoring, compliance, resource management and process development. Develop and implement best practices for
PMO standards, processes, and policies, as well as the ability to audit others on compliance with in-depth/hands on experience with Clarity PPM
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; expresses/conveys information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, considering the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); and makes clear and convincing oral presentations
Experience with risk management methods and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation of risk
Take ownership of and ensure timely resolution of escalations / exceptions.
Analyse and identify root cause; providing input to solutions that lead to success for Loyalty Rewards and the client.
PMP Certified and/or PgMP
Prefer Agile experience, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Foundation of Scrum
Prefer Clarity PPM experience or similar
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired
Communicate and supervise the release schedule for all applications in conjunction with the maintenance of a release calendar.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
The Project/ Delivery Manager is responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related Projects/ Features for the Loyalty Rewards Platform.
Project/ Delivery Manager are also responsible for communicating Project/ Feature delivery, budget, scope, and release.
This individual will work closely with Software Delivery Managers, Migration Team and Client facing Business SMEs for all aspects of a Project/ Feature, from Initiation to Client Closure.
The more experienced Project/ Delivery Manager Acts as a mentor for more junior members of the department. Project/ Delivery Manager provides clear and concise communication, both written and verbal to multiple levels of the company.
Facilitates/manages Project and Release communications makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, changing from Waterfall to Agile.
