In this role, candidate will support the EA Program Management Office (PMO) to manage EA most critical, highly visible, impactful projects and programs and support setup & operations of the EA PMO function to enable EA to select, manage and track projects and programs effectively.Responsibilities:? Project Management for key initiatives with responsibilities including but not limited to: maintain program / project plans, facilitate team meetings, ensure timely status reporting, maintain risk and issues registers, prepare monthly and ad hoc presentation content? Support Program Management Office (PMO) function with responsibilities including but not limited to: create PMO process flows, policies, procedures and templates; maintain project data in PMO tool; schedule and prepare content for PMO monthly portfolio reviews; schedule and prepare content for PMO training; prepare executive status updates, reports and risk documentation collected from all teams; maintain master program schedule/milestones of Enterprise applications programs and projects
B.S. degree preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of Project Management experience?
Experience with Microsoft - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Project?
End-to-end project implementation experience? Excellent interpersonal demeanor?
Excellent written and verbal communication?
Excellent time management and organizational skills?
Problem-solving skills? Works well under pressure?
Proactive and strong sense of ownership?
Detail-orientated and self-starter?
Demonstrated teamwork capabilities?

Experience within Media & Entertainment industry?
Program/Project Management experience with converging legacy systems to SAP S/4, Hana, etc.? Experience with Finance, HR, Supply Chain/Sourcing, Legal Technology Solutions/Implementation, M365, Smartsheets, Microsoft Visio, ServiceNow, MS Project Online, Jira / Confluence
