Some of the position's core job duties the Project Analyst will be responsible for include but are not limited to: Gathering documents and researching data using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources.
Then, drawing conclusions from the data to create and edit reports for delivery to Region and District Management Teams.
Researching and Analyzing anomalies regarding work orders i.e. capital vs. function work; Reviewing work orders for completeness; Verifying necessary documents are present and Obtaining missing items to ensure proper work order closure are some additional functions of this role.
Assessing and collaboration on inactive work orders with Project Managers to ensure proper closing or cancelation of work orders; Ensuring accuracy and proper closing of Maintenance Notifications in a timely manner; Extracting Pole Job Information Sheets and providing real time updates to the Joint Pole Organization; Reconciling completed work orders to ensure that the work order is complete before sending to Field Accounting Organization; Participating in monthly team meetings and presenting on topics periodically; Validating contractor's accruals submissions and providing accrual data to Contract Administration at requested times; Processing Contractor's payment for services rendered via Service and Time Confirmations in Supplier Portal and Ariba; Creating and monitoring purchase orders for the Contractors.
Upon the receipt of new work orders, this role is responsible for thoroughly reviewing work orders to ensure all the necessary forms are inclusive, and the work order is executable with all Obligations being meet and in the correct status in SAP & Click Schedule.
Additionally, the Project Coordinator will interact with all levels of staff both internally and externally to establish and meet scheduled operating and construction dates; Serve as a liaison between the Regional Scheduling Staff, Regional Construction Manager's Staff, Contractor's, the District, Distribution Project Management Organization, Pole Project Management Organization, Apparatus Department, New Development Planning Organization, Field Accounting Organization, and many other various departments/groups in additional to, and within the aforementioned organizations and groups.
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Customer focused with ability to understand and appropriately respond to clients’ business needs.
Experience creating reports and presentations, using spreadsheets and PowerPoint tools to communicate data and analysis.
Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines.
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
