You will support and grow our programs that enable third party partners to sell services on Client’s behalf.

Oversee the technical integration and project management of channel partners.
Work closely with AMP Business Development Team, Services Content Owners & AMP Marketing to help develop and recommend the best possible customer experiences for our AMP Partnerships.
Manage partners after go-live to resolve any issues and identify areas for optimization.
Identify improvements that could improve platform or program, scope opportunity and propose for roadmap inclusion.
Develop in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur.
Support day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners.
Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones.
We seek a program manager with proven ability working with internal and external partners to launch high visibility partnerships
Project management experience managing external partners across international environment.
Experience communicating status to a diverse cross-functional team across engineering and business (adapting the information you share based on the audience).
Ability to manage and influence without direct management of stakeholders.
Self-starting and self-motivated teammate.
Good technical proficiency with a desire to learn more.
Experience documenting processes and customer experience.
