  • Job Description:

  • Oversee the technical integration and project management of channel partners.

  • Work closely with AMP Business Development Team, Services Content Owners & AMP Marketing to help develop and recommend the best possible customer experiences for our AMP Partnerships.

  • Manage partners after go-live to resolve any issues and identify areas for optimization.

  • Identify improvements that could improve platform or program, scope opportunity and propose for roadmap inclusion.

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur.

  • Support day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners.

  • Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones.

Key Qualifications:

  • We seek a program manager with proven ability working with internal and external partners to launch high visibility partnerships

  • Project management experience managing external partners across international environment.

  • Experience communicating status to a diverse cross-functional team across engineering and business (adapting the information you share based on the audience).

  • Ability to manage and influence without direct management of stakeholders.

  • Self-starting and self-motivated teammate.

  • Good technical proficiency with a desire to learn more.

  • Experience documenting processes and customer experience.
