Looking for:

  • Someone who has strong documentation experience, highly professional, very talented with keynote, can deliver presentations to teams and stakeholders and is very poised in their communication.

  • Must have the ability to capture action items and follow up on them for completion.

  • A plus if they have prior experience working with global cross functional team


  • The Program Coordinator will be responsible for driving the stages of a successful launch of Client Business Services for worldwide Client Channel partners.

  • The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships globally with internal Client business development teams and with external partners.

  • The role will require coordinating Client services launch activities with channel account teams, reviewing go-to-market status, and identifying new opportunities to accelerate Business Services within Channel resellers.

  • This role will manage the to day to day progress against the plan for each partner working with closely with account teams and resellers to drive key actions.

  • The Project Plan coordinator will maintain an overall view of readiness and confirm with key stakeholders the completion and quality of key deliverables and integrations.

  • The ideal candidate is detail orientated and self-structured in how they approach their work, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

  • This candidate will have proven presentation and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience creating project plans

  • Excellent presentation and management skills

  • Highly creative, capable of building clear presentations (Keynote or PowerPoint)

  • Relationship management skills

  • Deep understanding of Client’s hardware and software


Drive Milestones:

  • You will work with reseller teams to manage the launch of Client Business Essentials.

  • You will manage all project plans, communications and interactions working closely with cross-functional teams like Account Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Sales Operations, and more.

Program Coordination:

  • You will ensure resellers and their customers are aware of new and existing Client Business Essentials capabilities, coordinating playbooks, and sharing high-level best practices.
