Job Description:


  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints.

  • Perform constant analytics review, including web analytics and funnel metrics from multiple data sources to search for improvement opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities within channels or cross-channel collaborations to improve frictionless digital conversations.

  • Develop A/B testing strategies, targeting strategies, and personalization across web pages to continually improve performance.

  • Impact Digital Demand Strategies by offering alternative experiences, offers or tactics that will drive higher conversions.

  • Interpret data and present conclusions to stakeholders for program improvement or for reporting to senior management.

  • Be the RM expert on marketing technology and demand generation tactics/tools/trends/capabilities needed for an optimized journey.

  • Create and maintain consumable measurement dashboards for the extended team.


  • Strong functional knowledge of marketing analytics including strategy, execution & measurement to quickly shift programs to help meet business goals.

  • Ability to gather data from systems, present the analysis in consumable format to marketing teams, and using data to inform decisions on campaign optimization and marketing tactics.

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Experience with web tracking (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo), and CRM systems (SalesForce, SAP)

  • Preferred experience with Account-Based Marketing technologies (6sense, Demandbase) and attribution platforms (Bizible, CaliberMind)

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrate the ability to translate the data world to the business world and impact to ROI.

  • Demonstrable marketing experience in digital, events, and response management to drive demand.

  • 5+ years experience in a demand generation or analytics role, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
