Job Description:

• Hands on experience in Quantum Metric (QM), Splunk, CatchPoint, AppDynamics. Synthetic transaction alerts using tools like Load Runner.

• Understanding of tools like JIRA, Servicenow from Ops standpoint. Good communication, analytical skills

• Basic Scripting experience (PHP or UNIX)
