​Job Description:

• Galaxy Connected Experience specialist

• Internal / External demo prep and presentation

• Tech-savvy individual capable of troubleshooting with minimal guide

• Galaxy Connected Experience spec & sample management. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Demo suppor

• Demo scenario management

• Demo account and content management

• Tracking of various samples (PR / Marketing / Customer meetings)Sample management.

• Tracking sample distributions

• Sending and receiving of samples as requested

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience

•  High proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, and dashboard creation.

Skills:

•  Active communication with HQ counterpart to obtain accurate and up-to-date specs

  Publish Master Specs and Setup info update to various product teams on regular cadence/as important update is received
