The DC Portfolio Management team members are accountable for ensuring operational excellence through prioritization, planning and governance of the Digital Channels project portfolios for both product development and client delivery.
The PPM Roles Include But Are Not Be Limited To:
A. AOP - facilitate and support the annual planning process across all DC project portfolios for the purpose of determining the IT ‘build’ strategy the project portfolios need to deliver on.
B. Portfolio Management - develop and manage ongoing DC portfolio demand, priorities and delivery planning across all DC project portfolios.
C. Portfolio Governance, Reporting and Analytics – provide visibility, analytics and consulting into delivery quality and fiscal responsibility on the DC business objectives across all DC project portfolios.
D. Portfolio Tool Ownership – accountable for the DC project portfolio PPM system and administration
The team manages relationships with and communicates the ‘state of the story’ of the above objectives to multiple senior executives and stakeholders.
