Job Description:
Shift: MON –FRI 8am-4:30 pm
MUST HAVE AN ILLINOIS PHARMACY TECH LICENSE (will need to have applied for the certification on their first day and will have a year to take and pass the National certification exam)
If worker has a National certificate, worker will need to apply for IL tech license on first day, and national certification will need to be in good standing
Forklift certification/willingness to learn how to operate machinery is a PLUS (notate at top of resume)
This is a warehouse job. Please be sure candidate are OK with working in a warehouse setting
This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the assigned facility.
Specific tasks would include, but are not limited to receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
Physical Demands:
This position is physically demanding ,requiring an individual to lift up to 50-70 pounds (team lifting OK, but might need to do on their own from time to time).
Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time.
This position could be physically demanding.
Work Environment:
Warehouse may be licensed in some states by the State Board of Pharmacy and therefore have security/pharmacy restrictions. May be exposed to hazardous materials through the packing and shipping processes.

The Materials Coordinator role is an essential role to support the Materials Management department.
As a materials Coordinator working in the backend of the pharmacy, you get to perform a variety of roles including but not limited to processing all inventory received, assisting in the flow of inventory/purchasing processes, the disposition of the returned materials, and inventory maintenance (slotting, NDC & location changes).
To be successful in this role you will need to be very detailed oriented, confident in your math skills and possess great computer skills.
