company and perpetual innovator – is looking for a results-oriented Media Manager Paid Social (contractor) in its Marketing team.
As a member of the client Paid Media organization, you have the opportunity to shape innovative customer-focused programs to drive successful customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Your role will focus on managing paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn with emphasis on the acquisition of new users.
The position’s most critical duties and functions:
A firm grasp of all paid social platforms and their role within the consumer funnel and to drive awareness of client and customer acquisition among prospects
Support with paid social strategy, including implementation of the tactics.
Ability to interface with and understand the goals of the Paid Media team and deliver, in partnership with our agencies, best in class campaigns that help establish client as a premium Entertainment brand and acquire qualified new customers
Ability to multi-task across multiple initiatives and platforms, with an emphasis on attention to detail and analysis
Prior experience managing campaign-level budgets and familiarity with native paid social platforms (especially Facebook/Instagram and Snapchat)
Broader understanding of the digital landscape and channels is a plus (mobile, digital, and social)
Expertise in how to analyze weekly data to best deliver on direct response goals.
Comfort with digging into the data, and ability to help define new processes when necessary.
Analyze regularly distributed analytics reports to better understand what’s working and what’s not and optimize accordingly.
Ability to share key insights and data.
Day-to-Day agency communication in coordination with all paid social campaigns, and support with forecasting of new customers.
Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through improved processes and changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Economics, Engineering or a related field of study.
5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
Experience either at an Advertising agency or client side managing paid social campaigns.
Prior ownership of large budgets and forecasting, and familiarity with paid social native platforms.
