​Job Description:

• Overall project management and high level functional support for end-to-end business for Oracle Cloud Financials implementation

• Conduct client workshops to capture high level business needs and coordinate activities with track leads

• Draft high level end-to-end solution in conjunction with track leads

• Provide high level approach / timeline to implement end-to-end solution

• Liaison between Business and IT

• Coordinate and manage meetings with stakeholders from many disciplines (IT and Business)

• Compile status reports and present to steering committee

• Identify issues / Risks and provide mitigation strategies

• Coordinate and manage project activities such as Design, Build, Test, Data Conversion, and Go-Live

• Track and Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in managing Oracle ERP

• 1 to 2 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud ERP

• Strong analytical and critical thinking

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders

• Proven ability independently in support of clients

• Ability to develop and manage to project plans.

• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate with senior client executives and offshore technical teams.
