Job Description:

Managerial Skills            

  • Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)

  • Developing strong relationships with Customer(s) and teams (KPI: Strong network in place & people development is evident)

  • Lead and Manage large teams spread across multiple geographies and Network technical tower.

  • Strong ITIL & SAFe Agile Processes knowledge

  • Strong Analytical and Presentation Skills

  • Strong client relationship management skills – Build and Manage customer relationship at Dir/Sr. Dir

  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT Operations management

  • Effective & Efficient People Management Skills - In-depth understanding of Cultural diversity and expectations of Managing a Geographically spread organization and team members

  • Experience of managing multiple parallel projects and ensuring on-time as well as quality delivery of the projects

  • Resource Management – Training Facilitation, Talent farming, Attrition, Rotation, etc. as per Organization guidelines.

Project Management Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Cisco ACI Knowledge, with basic hands on experience

  • F5 load balancer knowledge, with basic hands on experience

  • Strong Knowledge and hands on OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS

  • Good Understanding of Cloud technologies

  • Basic Knowledge on Voice & Wireless (optional)

  • Basic Knowledge on Nokia Routers (optional)

  • Knowledge and hands on Network Tools - Solar Winds, Cisco DNA, Riverbed

  • Strong Analytical & Capacity management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills such as P1/SEV-1, troubleshooting calls, etc

  • Network Architect & Design Experience

  • CCIE certified preferred (or CCNP must)

  • Managerial or Team Lead experience

  • Global Team management

  • 24x7 Oncall management

  • Excellent Communication & Soft skills

  • Both Operation & Project management and Technical execution experience

  • Strong knowledge on Power point, excel, Word and Vision
