  • Lead and motivate project teams for Enterprise projects.

  • Assist in creating Agile increment project plans and schedules.

  • Assess risk  - identify risk to project success.

  • Define metrics – identify measures for success related to delivery of the project.

  • Manage project delivery process.

  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and communications to a senior level.

  • Communicate lessons learned, meeting minutes, project timelines, and best practices to group management.

  • Responsible for Project Review meetings to IT Leadership.

  • Conduct team meetings, as required.

  • Work with the team to remove impediments.

  • Manage concurrent high visibility projects using a blend of Agile and Waterfall.

  • Role of Scrum Master.

Required Knowledge / Skill:

  • Previous skills in Information Technology.

  • Excellent scrum master experience.

  • Experience in working with Agile Teams.

  • Experience with working in a large project management organization.

  • High proficiency with verbal and written communications.

  • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to shifts in project/program.


Required Experience / Education:

  • Degree or equivalent certification

  • 4+ years in Information Technology

  • IT Project/Program management skills (waterfall/Agile)

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master

Preferred Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 2+ years as an IT Project Manager (Agile preferred).

  • PMI PMP or Scrum certification.

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise).

  • Has significant latitude in developing roles and responsibilities for project

  • Ability to manage change and direct or change task

  • Responsible for communications with no oversight

Problem complexity:

  • Use creativity and experience to resolve complex problem and/or issues

  • Use judgment and knowledge of policies and best practices to complete projects

  • Has the ability and experience to influence stakeholders and project team to resolve issue

Level of impact:

  • Has significant impact to multiple organizations if projects are not completed on time using standard IT policies and best practice.
