Job Description:

The HE Merchandising & Display team is responsible for managing retail display and point-of-purchase (POP) materials from concept to production, for channel partners such as Costco, Best Buy, Clubs and Regionals.

The HE M&D team Operations Manager is responsible for tracking all retail display project timelines, project reporting to all key stakeholders, 3rd party vendor financials (POs, invoices) and the Procurement process for vendor selection
This position supports the Home Entertainment (HE) categories (TV, Soundbars) and reports to the Senior Director of HE Merchandising & Display.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Track project timelines and milestones for retail display projects, from budget approval and vendor selection to fabrication and install.

  • Report progress on display installation projects to key stakeholders, using established project reporting templates but also finding ways to improve reporting.

  • Manage the budget approval process with Finance (PP), vendor selection (BQMS) with Procurement, vendor contracts with Legal, and 3rd party POs / invoicing with Finance.

  • Manage the display fixture Repair & Maintenance program, including issue ticketing, intake, parts and labor dispatch, and ticket closure. Track repair turnaround times, manage the R&M budget and institute process improvements.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendors to ensure contracts, POs and invoicing are within client policies and timelines

Communications & Collaboration:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, product management, sales, or related field.

  • 5-7 years? experience in marketing and project management

Preferred Requirements:

  • 8-10 years? experience in marketing, retail and project management

  • Experience in Home Appliances products and / or Home Appliances retail channels

  • 6 Sigma or other project management certification
